Since 1987, brothers Teddy & Jimmy Perides have taken pride in serving their customers lovingly with classic, home-style recipes, using only the freshest ingredients, in a comfortable family style dining atmosphere.

Our Chef, Jimmy Perides, a 28 year old culinary graduate from Johnson & Wales University, has brought innovation to our menu through his worldly travels. His training with both Master Chef Nino D’urso and Chef “Molto Mario” Batali, is evident through his unique approach at creating authentic recipes. Additionally, Chef Jimmy expanded his expertise through a six week culinary tour of Italy. While working at Tre Fonti Trattoria, a local restaurant in Asiago, Italy, he saw the importance of using fresh local products to create the perfect memorable meal. At Biagio’s, Chef Jimmy has created an enticing menu with traditional dishes marked with his unique flare.

Let us cater to your needs for your next family affair . Ask to see our Brand New Ballroom, accommodating 75 to 180 guests, complete with granite floors and a private entrance. Upstairs, we also have a Banquet room accommodating 50 to 100 guests. For a smaller affair we also make our newly renovated dining rooms private. With each featuring its own fireplace, every affair is sure to be intimate. Additionally, we have another private room upstairs for 10-30 guests, great for a small business meeting or private dinner. Whatever your occasion may be, we at Biagio’s can customize your package to meet your needs.

Since recently touring Napa and Sonoma County, California for one week of wine training, Chef Jimmy expanded our wine list to compliment his delicious creations. The New extensive wine list features wines that will please your palate and enhance your dining experience.
