| Our Chef, Jimmy Perides, a 28 year old culinary graduate from Johnson & Wales University, has brought innovation to our menu through his worldly travels. His training with both Master Chef Nino D’urso and Chef “Molto Mario” Batali, is evident through his unique approach at creating authentic recipes. Additionally, Chef Jimmy expanded his expertise through a six week culinary tour of Italy. While working at Tre Fonti Trattoria, a local restaurant in Asiago, Italy, he saw the importance of using fresh local products to create the perfect memorable meal. At Biagio’s, Chef Jimmy has created an enticing menu with traditional dishes marked with his unique flare.
